At Kyvess, your satisfaction is always in style. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it easy to set it right with a simple, no-stress returns process.

14-Day Return Period

You can send items back within 14 days of delivery whether the fit is off or you’ve changed your mind.

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging are included
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation is fine)

Nothing here is “final sale.” As long as the conditions above are met, it’s returnable.

How to Start a Return

Email info@kyvess.com with your order number and a brief note about why you’re returning the item. Our team will reply with step-by-step instructions and the return address.

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

No Restocking Fees

We don’t sneak in extra charges. No restocking fees ever.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to post the credit.

Prefer a swap? Mention it in your email and we’ll help you pick the right piece and arrange an exchange.
